Long Macchiato Coffee

Description (Italian translation meaning stained with milk):


Similar to a Long black the Long Macchiato has a dash of cold milk added just before serving.



How to:


  1. Firmly tamper 14 grams of ground coffee to ensure that the water flow is restricted. Use twin group head for an even extraction.

  2. The pour/extraction should take about 30-35 seconds.

  3. Serve in a glass or ceramic cup with a layer of golden crèma on top.

  4. Add a dash of cold milk before serving.
