Description (Italian translation meaning Long Pour):
Another real coffee - so the coffee lover says. The long black is basically double what a short black is. It has the same characteristics and just as much punch especially if you double the dose of coffee.
How to:
- Firmly tamper 7 grams (or 14 grams if a stronger hit is required) of ground coffee to ensure that the water flow is restricted. Use twin group head for an even extraction.
- The pour/extraction should take about 30-35 seconds.
- Serve in a standard ceramic or glass cup with a layer of golden caramel crèma.
