How to:

1. Firmly tamper 7 grams (or 14 grams if a stronger hit is required) of ground coffee to ensure that the water flow is restricted. Use twin group head for an even extraction.


2. The pour/extraction should take about 30-35 seconds.


3. Serve in a standard ceramic or glass cup with a layer of golden caramel crèma.
